Complimentary coffee and bottled water are available in the waiting room. The hygenist gave me a tour and introduced me to the staff. She was incredibly attentive to my needs -- she paid close attention to the questionnaire I was asked to fill out, took time to discuss my concerns, explained every procedure she needed to perform and made sure I was comfortable throughout. They even have TVs available if you want to zone out during a cleaning. Dr. Acton was equally conscientious, and considered ways to achieve my goals in ways that were convenient for me.
